MotorVision Announces Innovation Partner Program to Advance Next-Generation Industrial AI
Selected organizations will help shape a next generation AI while evaluating predictive maintenance, OEE visibility, equipment connectivity, and real-time operational intelligence
OWINGSVILLE, Kentucky — July 27th, 2026 — MotorVision, an industrial technology company developing connected equipment-monitoring and operational-intelligence solutions, today announced the launch of the MotorVision Innovation Partner Program.
The program will bring together a select group of manufacturers and asset-intensive organizations to evaluate MotorVision’s current industrial monitoring technology while helping guide the development of VisionLink AI, the company’s next-generation, self-driven artificial-intelligence solution for industrial operations.
VisionLink AI is being developed to analyze equipment, maintenance, production, and operational data continuously. The platform’s intended capabilities include identifying operational inefficiencies, monitoring maintenance performance, recognizing emerging equipment issues and vulnerabilities, supporting issue resolution, and providing real-time augmented feedback to business leaders.
The broader objective is to give plant, maintenance, operations, engineering, and technology leaders the information needed to make faster decisions, improve organizational responsiveness, and sustain continuous improvement.
Participating organizations will work directly with MotorVision during a structured evaluation and design process. With each organization’s approval and under mutually agreed data-governance requirements, select operational data and real-world use cases will be used to test, train, validate, and improve VisionLink AI.
Innovation Partners will also be offered the opportunity to participate as beta testers of VisionLink AI at no cost before its formal market launch.

Supporting the Development of VisionLink AI
VisionLink AI is being designed as a self-driven industrial-intelligence platform capable of evaluating information across equipment, maintenance, operations, and business systems.
The platform is intended to help organizations:

Rather than functioning only as a traditional dashboard or alerting system, VisionLink AI is being developed to interpret changing operational conditions, connect related information, and provide contextual feedback that helps users understand what is happening, why it may be happening, and where action may be required.
Building Industrial AI with Real-World Operational Data
A central purpose of the MotorVision Innovation Partner Program is to collect, analyze, and learn from real-world operating data across a diverse group of industrial environments.
This information will help MotorVision evaluate how equipment performance, maintenance practices, production conditions, user behavior, and operational priorities vary between organizations.
Potential data and evaluation areas may include:

Data participation will be governed by agreements established with each Innovation Partner. MotorVision will work with participating organizations to define what information may be collected, how it may be used, and how confidential, proprietary, and operationally sensitive information will be protected.
MotorVision will not use an organization’s confidential or proprietary information outside the agreed scope of the program without authorization.
Addressing Immediate Industrial Challenges
While the program supports the future development of VisionLink AI, participants will also make use of MotorVision’s existing MotiX sensor technology and TrueSight TelematiX IIoT software platform as well as receive access to enhanced features of these systems that hasn’t been released to market yet.
This part of the program will give partners access to solutions that will track and help resolve:
• Unplanned equipment downtime
• Limited warning before equipment failures
• Incomplete OEE and production-performance information
• Equipment that is not connected to existing IT or OT infrastructure
• Reactive maintenance processes
• Difficulty prioritizing maintenance activities
• Disconnected equipment, maintenance, and operational data
• Limited visibility across motors, pumps, conveyors, fans, gearboxes, and other rotating assets
• Complex or expensive condition-monitoring alternatives
• Slow decision-making caused by incomplete or delayed information
MotorVision’s MotiX sensors collect equipment-performance information in real time, while TrueSight TelematiX provides centralized monitoring, alerts, analytics, and operational visibility across a multi-site tracking solution within a single cloud-based operating system.
The solution is intended to complement existing ERP, MES, CMMS, SCADA, automation, and business-intelligence environments rather than require organizations to replace their current systems.
A Structured Innovation and Evaluation Program
Participating organizations will take part in a structured 90-day design and evaluation period.
During this period, MotorVision will meet with participants on a bi-weekly basis to review findings, gather feedback, evaluate operating requirements, and identify opportunities to improve the solution.

The broader Innovation Partner Program will operate for up to six months. The extended program period will allow enough time to establish equipment baselines, identify trends, evaluate seasonal or operational changes, and measure the practical value of the technology.
Organizations may evaluate the solution on a small number of assets or across a broader multi-sensor environment. MotorVision does not require every Innovation Partner to begin with the same number of sensors, users, production areas, or facilities.
Early Access to VisionLink AI
Innovation Partners will receive early visibility into the VisionLink AI development roadmap and may be invited to review prototypes, workflows, dashboards, alerts, and augmented decision-support capabilities.
When the VisionLink AI beta environment becomes available, participating Innovation Partners will be offered access at no cost for an agreed beta-testing period before the platform’s formal release to the market.
Beta participants will have an opportunity to:

• Evaluate AI-generated findings and recommendations
• Provide feedback on accuracy and usability
• Help define practical industrial AI use cases
